PBG Plus gives you access to unlimited Personal Pilates Plans.
After answering a few simple questions, Georgia and her team, all qualified Physiotherapists, will review your
answers and build a bespoke plan of classes based around your individual needs. You will receive your plan
within 24 hours of your request.
A Personal Pilates Plan is the best way to get the most from your PBG Plus subscription, and now with PBG Points
you can track your time on the mat and your progress through your plan.
All about Live Classes
PBG Live Online is our great live Pilates studio delivering a varied programme of live Pilates classes throughout the week.
Developed during the 2020 lockdown but now a firm favourite with the PBG community, hundreds of PBG subscribers join Georgia
live for classes every week.
Delivered online, classes are available to all PBG Plus members and if you can't make a class
you can take part via catch up!
PBG Live Online classes cover all types of classes and currently include:

PBG Live Online gives you all the fun of an 'in person' class, with the convienence of taking part from your own home and being
able to take part via catch up if you can't make it.
Earn points and prizes
PBG Points is our great new system that lets you track your progress as you reap the benefits of your PBG Plus subscription.
Everytime you take a class (either recorded or live) your 'mat time' is counted and you move up through different levels,
and each new level earns you a new badge that will appear on your dashboard! You will also be able to see how far you have
to go for your next level badge.
In addition to the level badges, there are reward badges to be earned along the way! Love HIIT classes? Take 8 in a month and earn the
Cardio Gold Badge! Can't stop flexing? Take five stretch and flow classes in a month and bag yourself the Flex Badge!
Badges you have won will show up on your dashboard and there are loads available, you can see what's up for grabs here, so go for it!
